   At Accutech Carpet And Tile Cleaning we like to know we helped pioneer the Rotovac 360 in the  area. We started using the Rotovac 360 back in 2006. We were one of the first companies to use this tool in the Carpet Cleaning Pensacola area. Infact more companies are using the Rotovac 360 more than ever before.  We also wanted something that was a better carpet cleaning system than a wand. Something that would  “WOW “ our clients. 

   What makes it different than the traditional wand is it’s rotating head that scrubs the carpet and extracts the dirt leaving your carpet soft, fresh and clean.  The Rotovac 360 steam cleaning system makes it less labor intensive than the old fashion back and forth method of a wand.

   Stains don’t stand a chance with the Rotovac 360. It can remove most stains during the carpet cleaning process. For stubborn stains that remain we have to use special cleaners along with a water claw spot lifter to remove them. Expect to pay a little more for this service.

                                                        Dry Cleaning 

  If you prefer Dry Cleaning over Steam Cleaning we offer that as well. In fact there are times when dry cleaning is often better than steam especially on commercial carpet and some berber carpets.                                                 Pet Hair/ Stains & Odors

  Sometimes just cleaning carpet can remove pet stains depending on the quality of the carpet and what the pet had to drink or eat the before accident. Best time to get the stain and odors out is within minutes of it happening. Using  spot cleaners made for pet accidents is often effective. Be sure to follow the instructions on the label. If you tried with no success it maybe time to call in a professional

                                     How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

According to the IICRC:

Frequently used carpet should be professionally cleaned by a qualified technician at least once a year - perhaps a little longer interval for infrequently used carpet and even sooner for carpet in homes occupied by respiratory sensitive or allergic persons or in homes with indoor pets.

A good rule of thumb is to look at the traffic areas. If they are getting a little dingy or dirty it maybe time to have your carpets cleaned…….
